Center of the Heart offers online classes in yoga physical postures (asanas), meditation (dhyana), and yogic breathing (pranayama). Many of the classes are designed to be accessible for all bodies, body types, and levels of ability, flexibility, and strength. Classes labeled "accessible" are taught using a chair, props, and modifications that support all bodies in the practices. We believe that embodied practices are for everyone.
