Restorative Yoga for Self-Care
When was the last time that you took at least 30 minutes for deep relaxation and rest? Restorative yoga is a practice of physical, emotional, and mental relaxation and rest. Practiced at a slow pace, restorative yoga focuses on stillness, holding gentle poses, and deep breathing. Restorative yoga can help to regulate the central nervous system and replenish your energy. It is so helpful to begin or maintain a consistent self-care practice, so we have more to give ourselves and others. If you've been curious about trying restorative yoga or you can't spare more than 30 minutes for yourself, this free, 30-minute restorative class is for you. This all levels class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis. You don't need to be flexible or fit. This is a pre-recorded, online class.
